Hey everyone, Meet Kevin here! First and foremost, I’m so grateful you’re here, and I want you to always remember one thing about me: I BELIEVE in "providing more" in everything. ALWAYS provide more, and the world has a way of making magic happen after that.

I’m a dad of 7 amazing kids and have been with my incredible wife for over 16 years. Family is my anchor, but that doesn’t stop me from standing up for what I believe in—including running for governor during the 2021 recall election, where almost 1 million of you stood with me!

I thrive on learning, growing, and giving back. I’ve built my career on mastering the tools of success and helping others do the same. That’s why I’ve earned a diverse range of licenses to expand what I do and deliver value at every opportunity. I’m a licensed real estate broker and financial advisor, but that’s just the start. I’ve also earned, passed tests for, or once held licenses for: contractor (B-1), lending (MLO), FINRA/SEC Series 7, 14, 24, 27, 65, 63, SIE, and more. To me, knowledge isn’t just power—it’s the path to building, leading, and sharing.

I’ve spent the last 15+ years studying markets, investing, and building businesses, but I’m just getting started. From creating one of the most-watched finance channels on YouTube to launching real estate funds, a financial advisory firm, and even exploring the world of venture capital, my goal is always the same: to simplify, demystify, and empower YOU.

Will Pricing Change?

Yes. Pricing will increase as soon as 50 tickets are sold and the venue has to change in size.

What is the Refund Policy?

Since we've introduced LIVE videos for you to take advantage of daily and private groups that you're given access to immediately, we cannot issue refunds. If you aren't certain if the course is for you, please DM Kevin personally @MeetKevin.

What about International Students?

You will love it! About 25 to 30% of our students are international students. Kevin aim's to teach fundamentals and principles that are applicable globally. Certainly we might use specific examples to the United States, but if you understand the concepts, you will be able to apply them globally. This is why we say we like to teach rather than give you some cheat sheets simply to copy. People who learned this information should be able to adapt it to their local region within 20 to 30 minutes of talking to a local lender or agent.
